Booking & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable appointment fee is required to confirm your booking.
  • Certain treatments may require full payment in advance.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.
  • All payments — including deposits, appointment fees, and full payments — are strictly non-refundable and non-negotiable.
  • Payments must be made at the time of booking via the Fresha link
  • Please note: Payments made using PayPal 0% finance are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, your appointment fee will be forfeited. In other words, the fee is kept by the business as a penalty for late cancellation or no-show. You won't get it back, and it won't count as credit.
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, Your treatment may be cancelled or reduced in duration, and your appointment fee will be lost.

Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Cancellation fees apply as follows:
  • Within 24 hours of the appointment: 100% of the treatment cost
  • Within 48 hours: 50% of the treatment cost
