I’m Mel, the founder and clinical director of M&M Aesthetics, where my passion for advanced injectable treatments and skin health comes to life. With over four years of hands-on experience in aesthetics and advanced training from respected academies in Norfolk and Essex, I’m proud to offer my clients safe, subtle, and beautifully natural results.

My background has always been rooted in precision and care. Every treatment I perform — from anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers to skin boosters, polynucleotides, polylactic acid, and fat-dissolving treatments — is tailored to enhance your unique features while maintaining balance and authenticity.

I believe that great results come from a combination of skill, understanding, and ongoing education. Aesthetics is an ever-evolving field, and I’m committed to staying at the forefront through continuous training in the latest evidence-based treatments, including innovative collagen biostimulators such as aesPlla and Vitaran. We are excited to be expanding our treatment portfolio with the introduction of laser hair-reduction, tattoo and semi permanent make-up removal and carbon peel facials. These advanced technologies allow us to offer even more effective, results-driven solutions. We’ve also introduced the MC88 Skin Analyzer, a cutting edge device that looks beneath the surface to give you the full picture of your skin’s health.

I’ve also trained with Obagi Medical to deliver professional-grade skincare consultations, ensuring every client’s treatment journey is supported from the inside out.

I’m currently progressing through my Level 4–7 Qualifi-accredited training in Advanced Aesthetic Practice, a nationally recognised programme equivalent to a degree-level qualification. Having already completed my Level 4, I’m now advancing through the higher levels to expand my clinical expertise and ensure I remain at the forefront of modern aesthetic medicine. This continued professional development reflects my dedication to delivering treatments that combine clinical precision, artistic skill, and the latest evidence-based techniques.
