FAQs
What is an M&M Aesthetics Membership?
Our memberships allow you to spread the cost of your aesthetic and/or skin care treatments by paying a fixed monthly fee. Each month, you receive credits that can be used towards any treatment or product at M&M Aesthetics (this includes all services).
How long is the membership contract?
All memberships have a minimum 12-month commitment. Memberships cannot be cancelled, paused, or transferred during this period.
How do the credits work?
1 credit = £10 Credits are added to your account monthly on your billing date. Credits can be used towards any treatment or product offered at M&M Aesthetics. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Credits expire 12 months after issue.
How many credits do I receive each month?
Essential Membership: 1 credit per month
Signature Membership: 2 credits per month
Elite Membership: 3 credits per month
When are payments taken?
All memberships are paid by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month. If you sign up mid-month, your membership begins immediately, but your first payment will be taken on the next 1st of the month, and credits are issued from that date.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment fails for any reason: Your membership is immediately suspended.
Credits cannot be used. Any upcoming appointments may be cancelled. Missed payments do not pause or extend your 12-month contract. All missed payments remain payable
No refunds are given under any circumstances.
Can I cancel my membership early?
No. All memberships have a strict 12-month minimum commitment.If a membership is cancelled early or terminated for breach of terms: All unused credits are forfeited/ Any annual or included treatments are lost/ No refunds will be issued.
Are refunds available?
No. Membership payments are non-refundable under all circumstances, including: Change of mind/ Illness/ Missed appointments /Early cancellation/ Partial months/ Treatment unsuitability.
What is the cancellation policy for appointments booked using credits?
Appointments booked using credits cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours oft he appointment time.
Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours will result in: Immediate forfeiture of the credits used. No refund or reissue of credits. Illness or personal circumstances do not override this policy.
What annual treatments are included?
Essential Membership: Annual Skin Health Assessment.
Signature Membership: One Signature Facial.
Elite Membership: One Premium Skin Treatment
Signature and Elite annual treatments can only be redeemed after six consecutive monthly payments and must be used while the membership is active.
What happens if a treatment is not clinically suitable for me?
All treatments are subject to medical consultation and clinical suitability.
If a treatment is deemed unsuitable: Credits are not refunded /Membership payments continue/ Alternative treatments may be discussed where appropriate
Do any memberships include discounts?
Only the Elite Membership includes a 5% discount on all treatments.
Essential and Signature memberships do not include additional discounts.
Can credits be transferred or shared?
No. Credits are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits remain valid for 12 months from issue.Unused credits expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Can M&M Aesthetics cancel my membership?
Yes. M&M Aesthetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at any time for breach of terms or clinical reasons.
No refunds are issued for unused credits.
Can membership prices change?
Membership prices are fixed from January 2026.
Prices, services, or package structures may be amended with 30 days’ notice.

Membership Packages Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in an M&M Aesthetics Membership,
you confirm that you have read,understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
All memberships are subject to a strict contract.
1. Membership Term1.1
All memberships have a minimum commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months.
1.2 Memberships cannot be cancelled or paused during the minimum term.
1.3 Early cancellation, attempted chargeback, or breach of these Terms will result in:
Immediate termination of membership
Forfeiture of all unused credits
Loss of eligibility for any annual or included treatments
1.4 No refunds will be issued for early cancellation under any circumstances.
2. Credits
2.1 One (1) credit equals £10.
2.2 Credits: Are non-transferable / Are non-refundable/ Have no cash value/ Cannot be exchanged for money or refunds
2.3 Credits are issued monthly on the billing date and expire 12 months from issue.
2.4 Included free credits: Essential: 1 credit per month/ Signature: 2 credits per month/ Elite: 3 credits per month
2.5 Unused or expired credits are forfeited and will not be reinstated.
3. Annual Treatments
3.1 The Signature Facial (Signature) and Premium Skin Treatment (Elite) are redeemable onlyafter six (6) consecutive successful monthly payments.
3.2 If membership is cancelled, suspended, or terminated before this point, the annualtreatment is forfeited.
3.3 Essential membership includes one annual Skin Health Assessment only.
3.4 Annual treatments are: Non-transferabl/ Non-refundable / Must be redeemed while membership is active.
4. Payments
Direct Debit & Refunds
4.1 Membership payments are collected monthly in advance by Direct Debit.
4.2 All memberships are billed on the 1st of each calendar month.
4.3 Clients signing up mid-month will: Enter the contract immediately / Have their first payment taken on the next 1st of the month / Receive credits only on billing dates.
4.4 No refunds are permitted under any circumstances, including: Change of mind / Missed appointments / Early cancellation/ Illness/ Partial months/ Treatment unsuitability.
4.5 If a payment fails: Membership is immediately suspended/ Credits cannot be used or redeemed/ Any booked appointments may be cancelled/ Missed payments do not pause or extend the contract
4.6 Missed or failed months are non-recoverable.
5. Appointments & Cancellations
5.1 Appointments booked using membership credits cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours.
5.2 Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours will result in:
Immediate forfeiture of the credits used/ No refund or reissue of credits
5.3 Illness, emergencies, or personal circumstances do not override this policy.
5.4 Standard clinic cancellation policies apply to non-credit bookings.
6. Pricing & VAT
6.1 Membership prices are fixed from January 2026 and are subject to change.
6.2 M&M Aesthetics reserves the right to amend prices, services, or package structure with 30 days’ written notice.6.3 All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
7. Clinic Rights
7.1 M&M Aesthetics reserves the right to: Refuse treatment on clinical grounds/ Suspend or terminate memberships for breach of terms/ Amend or withdraw services where necessary.
7.2 Termination by the clinic does not entitle the client to a refund of unused credits.
8. Discounts
8.1 Only the Elite Membership includes a 5% discount on all treatments.
8.2 Essential and Signature memberships do not include treatment discounts.
9. Medical & Clinical Liability
9.1 All treatments are subject to medical consultation and clinical suitability.
9.2 If a treatment is deemed unsuitable: Credits are not refunded /Membership payments continue.
9.3 Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.
9.4 M&M Aesthetics is not liable for outcomes resulting from non-compliance.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By joining an M&M Aesthetics Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the full Membership Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that all memberships have a strict 12-month minimum commitment, payments are taken monthly by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month, and all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
You understand that credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, expire 12 months from issue, and may be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or failed payments.
You accept that appointments booked using credits cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, and that missed or failed payments will result in immediate membership suspension without pausing or extending the contract term.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the M&M Aesthetics MembershipTerms & Conditions, including the 12-month minimum commitment, non-refundable payments, credit expiry and forfeiture rules, and the 48-hour cancellation policy.
